Strategic Planning

The five stages of the process are goal-setting, analysis, strategy formation, strategy implementation, and strategy monitoring. A strategic plan focuses on the business or organizational goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals, and all other crucial elements developed during the planning exercise.

Create a sustainable strategic plan that includes a 6 month, 1 year, and 3 year planning guide that is created with both executives and shareholders

Set priorities, focus energy and resources, and strengthen operations

Establish agreement around intended outcomes/results

Ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals

Assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment

Marketing Plan 

Marketing is the action or business of promoting and selling products or services, including market research/strategy, identifying the market niche, identifying the buyer persona, and advertising.

Marketing Strategy: To create a full strategic marketing plan that will provide a 1year, 3 year, and 5 year marketing plan.

Market Research: We conduct extensive research on location, regional, and national competition to identify market trends, demographics, and psychographics.

Market Niche: Identifying a marketing niche helps focus the target market efforts and ensure that branding and marketing collateral speaks directly to the desired audience.

Buyer Persona: Create a buyer persona for each of your target markets. The goal is to speak to that persona’s needs in all of your marketing communications.
