Strategic Planning

The five stages of the process are goal-setting, analysis, strategy formation, strategy implementation, and strategy monitoring. A strategic plan focuses on business or organizational goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals, and all other crucial elements developed during the planning exercise.

Create a sustainable strategic plan that includes a 6 month, 1 year, and 3 year planning guide that is created with both executives and shareholders

Set priorities, focus energy and resources, and strengthen operations

Establish agreement around intended outcomes/results

Ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals

Assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment
